Good to know

  • This itinerary defaults to Fukuoka for both pick-up and drop-off.
  • Service Duration: 10 hours for Fukuoka pick-up and drop-off; 8 hours for pick-up/drop-off at different locations or adjusted pick-up/drop-off times. An empty car fee of 5,000 to 10,000 JPY will be charged for pick-up/drop-off at different locations.
  • Additional Fees: ETC fees, parking fees for the day, and driver accommodation fees of 7,000 JPY/night for continuous charter services.
  • The first child seat is free; subsequent child seats are charged at 2,000 JPY/each.
  • Overtime Fee: 5,000 JPY/hour for 5-seater/7-seater/10-seater vehicles; 10,000 JPY/hour for vehicles with more than 10 seats.
  • The itinerary distance is limited to 300 kilometers.
  • Smoking and drinking are strictly prohibited inside the vehicle to maintain air quality.
  • Please dispose of your personal waste properly to keep the vehicle clean.
  • Please take good care of your personal belongings and carry valuables with you.
  • Please confirm the itinerary route and schedule with the driver in advance.
  • If you have any special needs, such as child seats or disability aids, please inform the driver or supplier in advance.
