If you are attending a fireworks display in Japan for the first time, please refer to the following suggestions:

  • The fireworks display is held in the summer, and there is free time before the opening. Since it is summer, it is recommended to prepare for sun protection
  • The fireworks display will be held at the seaside and will take place on the embankment next to the coast. Please wear non-slip and comfortable shoes and clothes to participate
  • Although there are trash cans in the venue, there are many people attending the event every year. Please be sure to bring your own trash bags, toilet paper, wet wipes and other cleaning supplies.
  • The fireworks display will last until the evening, so please prepare relevant lighting equipment just in case
  • On the day of the fireworks festival, there will be hundreds of thousands of people at the venue, and there is a high possibility that network-related equipment will not be available. Please understand. *Drone usage is prohibited during fireworks displays due to safety concerns
  • Once you arrive at the venue, your guide will lead you to your designated seats
  • Before the fireworks display begins, you can move freely and go to the nearby night market to buy local delicacies
  • The fireworks display will be crowded, so please be sure to bring your valuables with you.
  • Seating area with benches is provided for everyone. (Please note that each bench can only seat 2 people.)
  • Once the group is assembled, the bus will depart for your hotel. Arrival time is approximately 00:00 the next day
