- Each guest may bring one suitcase (maximum size). Luggage may need to be checked into the luggage compartment, or it can be brought to the seat.
- Please keep valuables with you at all times. We are not responsible for any loss.
- Temperatures may vary due to seasonal and weather changes. Please prepare accordingly for cold or hot weather.
Important Information
- Multilingual staff fluent in Japanese, English, and other languages will be on board.
- Depending on the number of participants, a smaller bus may be used, and the driver may also serve as the tour guide.
- Seats are not assigned. If you have any requests, please inform the tour guide on the day of the tour.
- Please note that there are no restrooms on the bus.
- All information regarding this itinerary will be sent to you via email. Staff will not contact you proactively unless there are special circumstances.
- Meals are not included and must be brought by the participants.
Participation Restrictions
- If you do not arrive by the meeting time, it will be considered a cancellation, and no refund will be provided. The tour will depart as scheduled. Please be sure to confirm the meeting location in advance and arrive on time.
- A tour guide will accompany you, but professional commentary will not be provided.
- One child aged 0-2 can participate free of charge per adult, but no seat will be provided. If a seat is required, please book at the adult fare.
Other Information
- The duration of stops and the order of some itinerary items may be adjusted due to traffic conditions and other factors.
- If you are unable to connect to public transportation due to arrival delays, you will be responsible for any related transportation expenses such as taxi fares, as well as accommodation costs.
- If the tour is canceled on the day, the operator will contact you by phone or email. If you do not receive any contact, the tour will proceed as scheduled.
- If you are delayed or unable to participate in the tour due to delays in your own transportation, it will be considered a no-show and you will be charged 100% of the fee.
