- Regarding Accommodation: The default arrangement is a twin room, with two adults per room. This itinerary does not allow for room sharing. If you are traveling with an odd number of adults, please be sure to purchase one “Single Room Supplement.” Solo travelers will be assigned a private room. - This tour route involves high-altitude areas in Tibetan regions and is not suitable for children under 5 years old. Pregnant women, infants, and individuals with heart, lung, brain, respiratory, or blood system diseases, as well as those over 70 years old, are not suitable to participate. Concealment of any of these conditions is at your own risk.
- Tibetan areas have limited conditions (water and power outages are common). Please bring your own toiletries, flashlights, wet wipes, etc. If you are sensitive to cleanliness, please bring your own sleeping bag.
- Traveling in high-altitude areas has inherent risks and unpredictability. All participants are considered to be individuals with full civil capacity and in good health, and are aware of the risks of high-altitude tourism. Participants must not have underlying conditions such as high blood pressure, diabetes, or heart disease. Our company is not responsible for any compensation arising from altitude sickness.
- If there are no team members requiring special care, seating will be rotated among all members.
- The tour leader reserves the right to adjust the order of sightseeing attractions based on factors such as weather, flights, traffic, season, and peak season crowds, without reducing the main attractions.
- If any attractions on the itinerary encounter sudden accidents, closures for rest or maintenance, or other objective reasons, or if unexpected situations occur, the tour leader will provide an itinerary change plan to ensure the smooth progress of the itinerary. The change plan will be decided by a vote of all team members, with the minority following the majority. Sightseeing time will be adjusted or relevant ticket fees will be refunded based on the actual situation. Expenses incurred due to changes will be borne by the traveler.
- Traveling in the Tibetan areas of Western Sichuan involves many things that you cannot understand or tolerate in prosperous cities: in terms of hardware, there are issues with water, electricity, and transportation. Sudden water and power outages occur frequently, and temporary traffic controls often catch us off guard. Please be prepared for this.
- Due to the less-than-ideal traffic conditions in high-altitude areas, natural disasters such as landslides, mudslides, and debris flows may occasionally occur, which may cause traffic jams and delays. Therefore, it is recommended that friends from outside the province purchase plane or train tickets for the day after the tour ends.
- Guests are not allowed to leave the group at will. If forced to leave the group, a disclaimer must be signed. The guest is responsible for any personal safety or property loss that occurs during the period of leaving the group.
- Prepaid items on the itinerary are non-refundable (such as carpooling fees, same-day hotel refunds, etc.). If you voluntarily give up these items, the fees will not be refunded.
- Our company is not responsible for itinerary delays or other expenses caused by force majeure (weather, delays, etc.). Such expenses shall be borne by the guest. If the railway bureau temporarily cancels a train, all compensation will be handled according to the railway bureau's compensation system and is unrelated to our company.
- This entire itinerary takes place at high altitudes, with long distances and complex road conditions. Vehicles are very likely to break down. If a vehicle breaks down, please be patient and wait, or work together to solve the problem. The normal solution process is as follows: If the vehicle cannot be repaired within 2 hours, we will call a local vehicle for the subsequent itinerary in order not to affect the itinerary. The cost will be paid by the company. Please cooperate with team members. For team members who refuse to change vehicles, it will be regarded as a voluntary abandonment of the itinerary. We will refund the unspent accommodation and ticket fees, and the contract will be terminated.
- Please take care of your valuables at all times during the tour. When resting at night, please fasten the hotel's anti-theft lock and close the doors and windows.
