• End point: The group will disband near the subway entrance within the third ring road of Chengdu at approximately 18:00 the next day.

• High Altitude Adaptation Guide: Prepare Rhodiola oral liquid/capsules in advance. The itinerary passes through a high altitude reaction service station, where you can rent oxygen cylinders (approximately 50 yuan/can) and cold-proof jackets (50 yuan/day).
