- Regarding Accommodation: The default arrangement is a twin room at the hotel, with 2 adults per room. This tour does not offer room sharing. If you are traveling with an odd number of adults, please be sure to purchase a "Single Room Supplement". A single room will be arranged for solo travelers. If 3 adults are traveling together, please purchase one additional "Single Room Supplement" so that two rooms can be arranged for you.

- Please be sure to bring your original ID card or valid boarding documents (such as a passport).
- Participants of this tour must notify our company in writing of their actual health condition; otherwise, our company will not accept any disputes arising therefrom.
- Due to differences between the North and South, please remember to add clothing, drink more water, and pay attention to hygiene in order to maintain sufficient energy for your trip.
- Group restaurants are mostly located near scenic spots. If guests choose to cancel meals, please understand that there will be no group restaurants near the hotel upon returning, so arrangements cannot be made.
- During the tour, whether in scenic spots or restaurants, there may be queues due to the large number of people. Thank you for your understanding.
- Due to political reasons or heavy traffic in Beijing causing traffic jams, scenic spots and roads often experience traffic restrictions and controls. Under the premise of not reducing the number of attractions, the order of visits may be adjusted. The specific arrangement is subject to the actual situation in Beijing. The itinerary is for reference only.
- During the group tour, if you choose to leave the group midway for personal reasons, the uncompleted portion will be regarded as your voluntary abandonment, and no refund will be given.
- Any extra expenses incurred due to force majeure events such as traffic delays, strikes, weather, aircraft mechanical failures, flight cancellations or changes in time, as well as personal expenses such as laundry, haircuts, telephone calls, faxes, pay TV, drinks, and alcohol in the hotel, self-funded activities at the destination, and all other expenses not included in the "Inclusions" above, shall be borne by the guests themselves.
- For all products, children cannot be charged as adults to refund single room supplements, and adults cannot be operated as not occupying a bed. The remaining standards remain unchanged.
- Itinerary Order Change Reminder: Due to the Memorial Hall and the Forbidden City being closed every Monday, and Beijing often encountering major conferences or security upgrades that cause scenic spots to be closed or restricted, the tour guide will adjust the order of sightseeing according to the actual situation. The number of attractions and visit time will not be reduced.
- In the event that scenic spots are closed or restricted due to policy reasons or force majeure, resulting in failure to visit normally: No fees will be refunded for free attractions within the itinerary, and for paid attractions within the itinerary, the tour guide will refund the travel agency's team price in cash. The tour guide will replace the attractions based on the actual situation.
- There are shops near the restaurant, which are not related to the travel agency. Please purchase at your discretion.
- For policy-related closures of exterior views, if tickets for the Forbidden City cannot be booked, it will be replaced with Prince Gong's Mansion, or a refund of the ticket will be given. The travel agency will not make any compensation.
