This was an absolute disaster. First up, the tour operator did not reach out to us to confirm the booking or the pick up time, I had to chase them up. Even then, they did not give us a pick up time, so instead we decided to wait during the advertised pick up time of 7:00-7:30. The pick up driver was late, arriving around 8am. The next issue arose when we were being told to transfer onto another vehicle. This trip was advertised as being a private tour. Despite this, the tour operator insisted they did not do private tours and were trying to put us in with groups. We tried resolving this but I kept having to communicate back and forth between the tour operator, as well as the support line on Klook - they never communicated with each other. Whilst trying to sort out the problem, the tour left without us, and we ended up not going on the tour in the end. We received a refund from Klook, but we had already lost out on a day in our holiday, and have yet to receive compensation for this.
