  • Our staff will contact you by phone/SMS/WeChat between 20:00 and 21:00 the day before your departure to arrange the approximate pick-up time and location, as well as the vehicle number. The pick-up time on the day of departure is usually between 7:30 and 8:30 (during Golden Week/holidays, it may be earlier, please understand).
  • This tour is a group tour, and vehicles are shared with other guests. Seats are allocated on a first-come, first-served basis, one person per seat, and seats cannot be reserved. Please understand that there may be waiting times for other guests on group tours.
  • Tickets for this route are calculated based on the travel agency's bulk team ticket price, so if you have a free ticket, you will be refunded 20 yuan/person.
  • According to the principle of convenient routes for each hotel, the pick-up and drop-off range is limited to the urban area of Xiamen Island (Siming District/Huli District) in areas with convenient transportation, (Zengcuo'an/Tatu/Huang厝/Xiamen University/Zhongshan Road/Dongpu Road). Because the hotels/hostels are all on narrow roads, vehicles can only pick up and drop off at nearby intersections or bus stops. For the airport/Wuyuan Bay/Guanyinshan areas, you need to board at a nearby location. If you are on Gulangyu Island, please return to the Xiamen Ferry Terminal to gather. For locations with traffic control or difficult access, please follow the specific boarding location notified by the staff the night before departure or follow the guide's arrangements on the day to board at the most convenient location.
  • The usual practice for tourist vehicles in Xiamen is to use connecting vehicles. There may be waiting times for each other during the trip, please understand.
