There is very little halal food in the scenic area, so please prepare sufficient halal food yourself.

- Because Yulong Snow Mountain has a high altitude, it is not recommended for children under 3 years old and guests over 70 years old to join the group. If guests outside this age range insist on joining the group, or any consequences caused by their own health conditions that are beyond our control, the guests will bear the consequences themselves.
- The Yulong Snow Mountain Glacier Park cableway has a high altitude, and will be shut down for maintenance around the 20th of every month. It will also be shut down in windy weather. You will be notified of the maintenance in advance, and you may have the opportunity to change the date or package. If it is suspended due to windy weather on the day of your trip, we will actively replace it with other cableways for you, but it is possible that other cableways may already be fully booked on that day, so we can only refund the cableway fee.
