The service is ok but not going to many places, the locations are also quite close so probably don't need to rent a private car all day. Should go to where the enemy rented a car or a taxi also.

Getting this private car was the best decision we have since there are no public transportation in Nong Nooch and Swiss Hotel Pattaya where we stayed. From bangkok to pattata, we were dropped off at jomtien beach and we had the driver pick us up at this location since we do not know where the initial plan bus station was. Despite the inconvenience the driver had, we were picked up and brought to our destination. Our driver was very nice however we were not able to get his name.

The driver was nice and on time. He told me that if he needed to drive us around the Khao Kheow Open Zoo, we needed to pay BHT 500 cash to him. We did not expect to pay as we have booked for whole day, so I doubt. However, I did not ask any more and just pay to avoid any unhappiness happened.

We have booked the private car for 2 days. It was very convenient. If you would go to Nong Nooch or other parts of pattaya far from the beach area, it is highly recommended to get private car because public transpo/grab is not available.
