Cancellation policy

• Full refund for cancellations made 7 or more days (excluding the date of travel) before the selected travel date.
• If you cancel 4-7 days (inclusive) before your selected departure date, you will be charged a 50% cancellation fee.
• Non-refundable if canceled 0-3 days (inclusive) before the selected activity date.
• For orders with travel dates during major holidays, including New Year's Day, Chinese New Year, Qingming Festival, Labor Day, Dragon Boat Festival, Mid-Autumn Festival, and National Day, cancellations made within 7 days (inclusive) prior to departure will incur a 100% cancellation fee of the total tour price.
• You'll get a full refund if you cancel at least 24 hour(s) before the activity date (destination local time)
• In case of unforeseen events or extreme weather, the operator reserves the right to cancel the tour. If this happens, you have the option to reschedule or request a full refund

Booking changes policy

• Change are allowed until 24 hour(s) before activity starts
• The booking can’t be changed if it was booked with Klook Pass, under pre-sales or comes with a freebie.
• The booking cannot be changed if the voucher has not yet been issued.
• Bookings made using SG Culture Pass or Taiwan Culture Points cannot be changed.

Eligibility

• To ensure the safety of tourists, children over 2 years old, regardless of height, must occupy a seat. The child price only includes the seat and commentary fee, and does not include admission tickets.
• Minors must be accompanied by an adult to join the tour. The adult who registers for the tour with the minor will be their guardian during the tour, and is responsible for ensuring the minor's safety.
