great way to spend an evening. great view, good service. Cons: food and drinks are expensive, small changing room, no flip flops in the welcome pack. Still, it's very cool.

It was a 10/10 experience from hassle-free booking with klook to an excellent service of Aura staff plus the reasonable price of their food and drinks. We booked a second row high table but the staff was so nice and friendly that she let us sat on a couch by the pool. Maybe because that day wasn’t fully booked. But still, it’s beyond expectations and very sweet.

Rosy/Rosie in the staff assisted us with utmost passion and was there to serve us at each point. The food was amazing and the view outside was amazing!

We went for the sunrise experience at the Aura Sky Pool, providing a 360-degree view of the Palm Jumeirah, Atlantis, the cityscape, and the Burj Khalifa. It was an absolutely one-of-a-kind experience. With a handpan artist playing tunes, it was the most meditative urban early morning experience. This place is perfect for those who enjoy unparalleled views. The hosts were very hospitable, providing fresh towels and a tote bag with a travel pouch.

The four sides of the pool are interconnected, so you don't have to worry about not being able to capture a good-looking side. The water temperature is very comfortable, and you don't have to worry about the water being cold too early or too late. They also provide toiletries, towels, and a hairdryer. There are tons of handsome men and beautiful women where you can learn photography angles and poses on the spot.

Instead of just visiting the observatory under the hot sun, this course, which included a meal, was an excellent choice for travelers. The meal was excellent, and the scenery was amazing.

Things to note
- AURA is not responsible for any inclement weather conditions and reserves the right to relocate your seating to a different view than booked if the venue is forced to limit access to views for the safety and wellbeing of our guests and team
- In the event of force majeure or for any reason outside the operator’s control, AURA reserves the right with or without prior notice – to close the venue
- AURA shall not be held liable for any loss or damage arising from or in connection with the guest using any of the facilities, the pool, the lounge or the changing rooms
- Appropriate swimwear must be worn at all times. Management reserves the right to deny entry to any guest wearing inappropriate swimwear.
- Acceptable swimwear: one-piece or two-piece swimsuits, speedos, rash guards, board shorts, and burkinis.
- Unacceptable swimwear: abayas, sarees, cotton tops/bottoms, jeans, long pants, undergarments, street clothing, sheer or see-through items, or any material deemed inappropriate.
- AURA is unable to guarantee visibility on any of the views, this is depending on the time of the year and the weather
- Guests below 15 years of age are not allowed access to AURA at any time of the day. After 7pm, guests below the age of 21 years old are not allowed access to the indoor lounge experience. Proof of identification is required, failure to provide such documentation may result in refused entry to AURA SKYPOOL without any refund. 15 to 18 years old must be accompanied by an adult.
