The tour is quite an impressive one. The gathering point was clearly marked and easy to find. Our guide, Natalie, has done an amazing job and her energy level has spice things up.

The meeting place is very difficult to find. You have to go to a place to exchange tickets first, but there is no Hotel U or Bar at all unlike the location marked on Klook. It took a lot of effort to find it. I have attached the ticket exchange location to make it easier for everyone to identify. The tour guide was almost ten minutes late. I listened to part of the story in the cold wind and left first. It was not interesting at all. Not recommended.
