- All surcharges are payable in cash directly to the driver
- Pick-up or drop off at following districts: Cau Giay, Long Bien, Nam-Bac Tu Liem, Ha Dong, Hoang Mai, Thanh Xuan incurs surcharge of VND 150,000/way (Sedan), VND 200,000/way(MPV,SUV), VND 300,000/way (Van).
- A surcharge will be incurred for roundtrip activity if the drivers wait extra time. Extra charge per hour: VND 200,000 (Sedan), VND 250,000 (MPV, SUV), VND 300,000 (Van).
- Extra distance charge per kilometer: VND 15,000 (Sedan), VND 20,000 (SUV/MPV), VND 25,000 (Van)
