It's very convenient; it takes about 30 minutes to reach the city center, and you can change your travel time an unlimited number of times, which is very flexible.
To change the date and time, please look for the "Manage" button in the email you received. Click on it to proceed.
It's very quick to get to the city center, and there are plenty of dining options right outside the train station. The station staff were friendly, and the time could be changed, but I found that buying tickets on-site was more cost-effective.
The station was easy to find. The ticket was a QR code, but scanning it activated Apple Wallet, which wasn't very smooth.
You cannot change the boarding time. It's actually easy to buy tickets on-site, so online purchase isn't strictly necessary. Just buy your ticket when you arrive at the station.
For services that cannot be canceled, there should be more flexibility.
