Good to know
- After the paid performances at the Grand Tang Dynasty Ever Bright City, you are welcome to explore on your own. If you do not wish to participate in the paid performances, please rest nearby until the performances conclude, at which point the group will depart together. If you choose to forgo the night tour, you may leave the group at the Xi'an Railway Station, Yongxingfang Food Street, or the Bell Tower. Due to traffic control in the Grand Tang Dynasty Ever Bright City area and varying visitor exploration times, the group will disband after arrival at the location.
- The tour operator reserves the right to appropriately adjust the order of attractions based on the actual situation at the time, provided that the number of attractions is not reduced and the service standards are maintained.
- Free pick-up from hotels within the Third Ring Road of Xi'an (except during the statutory holidays of May Day, National Day, and Chinese New Year). For locations far outside the Third Ring Road, please proceed to the nearest designated meeting point. To ensure sufficient time for visiting scenic spots, the pick-up range and time are subject to the notification provided by our staff the evening before departure.
- In the event of force majeure or unforeseen circumstances such as weather conditions or unexpected incidents that prevent touring at the agreed time or according to the itinerary, any additional costs incurred due to itinerary changes will be borne by the traveler.
- During the trip, you may pass through many venues (such as scenic spots, restaurants, hotels, airports, train stations, etc.) that have various types of shops. These shops are not organized by the travel agency. Any shopping needs are individual behaviors. Please carefully identify the quality of the goods and request a valid shopping receipt from the merchant to protect your legitimate rights and interests!
- Please be sure to pay attention to your personal safety and carry your valuables with you! ! Do not leave valuables in hotels or tour buses! Please take care of your personal belongings during the trip. The travel agency is not liable for any losses due to improper personal care.
- You must bring a valid ID with you when you depart. You are responsible for any losses caused by failure to present a valid ID, such as being unable to check in for a flight, board a train, check into a hotel, or visit attractions.
- Complimentary items that cannot be provided due to irresistible factors such as flights, weather, or scenic spot closures will not be refunded.
- If a guest voluntarily leaves the group or changes the itinerary midway for personal reasons, it will be deemed as a voluntary waiver, and the travel agency will not be able to refund any fees. The guest will be responsible for any other expenses and safety issues arising therefrom.
- The travel agency does not recommend that tourists participate in activities with uncertain personal safety. The travel agency is not responsible for the consequences of tourists acting without authorization.
- Tourists must ensure that they are in good health before participating in the travel itinerary arranged by the travel agency. They must not deceive or conceal any health issues. The travel agency is not responsible for any accidents caused by the tourist's physical discomfort.
- Acceptance criteria: People over 70 years old must be accompanied by a family member and sign a liability waiver.
- Please provide the traveler's real name and frequently used mobile phone number when registering so that our staff can contact you in a timely manner.
- The primary basis for handling and resolving disputes regarding tourist complaints is the "Service Quality Survey" filled out by the tourist in Xi'an. If the tourist does not reflect quality problems on this survey and does not reflect quality problems through telephone or other means during the trip in Xi'an, it will be regarded as the tourist's satisfaction. Claims raised after returning home will not be accepted, and the travel agency will not be liable for any compensation.
