What to expect

Baduanjin, this ancient and mystical traditional Chinese fitness exercise, has gradually become a new favorite for modern people seeking a healthy lifestyle. Unlike Tai Chi, Baduanjin consists of eight movements, seemingly simple, yet containing infinite mysteries. During the practice of Baduanjin, one can feel their breathing become steady and their mood become pleasant. Each movement is like a dialogue with one's own body, allowing me to better understand my body's needs. After the morning exercise, I will take you to taste traditional Old Beijing breakfast nearby. Speaking of Beijing breakfast, the variety is so rich that it would take days to finish, for example: Douzhi (fermented mung bean juice) with Jiaoquan (fried dough rings), Chaogan (stir-fried liver) with Baozi (steamed buns), Tangyoubing (sugar oil pancake) with Doufunao (tofu pudding), Yangzatang (lamb offal soup) with Shaobing Jia Rou (sesame flatbread with meat), Mencha (millet flour porridge), Zha Doufu Tang (fried tofu soup), Tanghuoshao (sweet baked bun), Douxian Zhagao (fried glutinous rice cake with red bean paste), Wandouhuang (pea cake), and so on. Our itinerary this time will include at least 4-5 types of delicacies, ensuring your trip to Beijing leaves no regrets!

Experience Venue

The park in the early morning is very quiet, with a one-kilometer rubber track around the lake, featuring a long dike, small islands, and pavilions. The magnolias and cherry blossoms in spring, lotuses in summer, reeds in autumn, and snow scenes in winter are all beautiful.

Experience Process

At 7:30 AM, we will meet at the agreed park entrance, then enter the park together, and I will guide you through Baduanjin. After the morning exercise, I will take you to a nearby place to enjoy an authentic breakfast.
