Good to know
●License To drive an electric tuk-tuk, you need an international driver’s license or a foreign driver’s license with a Japanese translation. The required documents cannot be copied, so please make sure to bring the originals. If you forget any of the documents, you will not be able to use the service. If multiple people are planning to drive, all of the drivers’ licenses must be presented.
●Clothing when using the service We recommend wearing pants or a slightly long skirt as the back seat is exposed to the wind. In winter, it can get chilly, especially in the evenings, so it is useful to have a jacket.
●Restrictions on users Up to three passengers can ride the service. Users whose total weight exceeds 220 kg cannot use the service. Customers over 70 years old cannot drive the service. Children under 6 years old cannot use the service. For safety reasons, we ask that children under 100 cm tall refrain from using the service. We recommend that children under 12 years old wear helmets. We offer helmet rentals, but the number available is limited. If a child is riding, we ask that an adult ride next to them.
● About vehicle specifications Please note that the range is limited due to a 40km cruising distance.
● About the fee The price of this plan includes service fee, battery charging fee, insurance fee, and consumption tax. Please note that you will be responsible for parking fees and meal costs incurred during the rental period.
