The booking can’t be changed if it was booked with Klook Pass, under pre-sales or comes with a freebie.

The booking cannot be changed if the voucher has not yet been issued.

Bookings made using SG Culture Pass or Taiwan Culture Points cannot be changed.

“One Adult” refers to 1 adult aged 18 or above; adult tickets cannot be used for children. “One Child” refers to 1 child aged 7 months to 12 years and under 1.5 meters in height.

Children and adolescents over 1.5 meters tall and under 18 years old entering the park are considered "one child," require a child's ticket, must read and sign the Friendly Reminder, and must be accompanied and supervised by a parent.

This amusement park is open to children aged 7 months to under 12 years old (including 12 years old) and under 1.5m in height. Children must be accompanied by a parent to enter the park (to ensure safety, pregnant women, minors, seniors over 65 years old, and others who do not have full civil capacity are not permitted to accompany children into the venue as parents or guardians).

For each additional adult accompanying a child into the park, an accompanying ticket must be purchased (accompanying tickets must be used simultaneously with the main ticket, cannot be used alone, and the price is subject to the gate price, except for those already included in a package).

For safety and hygiene reasons, both parents and children must wear non-slip socks with non-slip soles throughout their visit to the park. Customers are recommended to bring their own; those without can purchase them at the store's front desk (CNY 5/pair).

To ensure supervision safety, accompanying parents cannot be changed midway after entering the park. If it is necessary to change the child's parent (or guardian) due to special reasons, both the original and new parents must go to the park's front desk to register and sign for confirmation.

Special Group Friendly: Infants under 7 months of age can enter for free as accompanying companions of card-holding children. Infants must be supervised by a parent throughout their visit.

This park is a children's play area. To ensure your safety and the safety and experience of other customers, and to maintain a safe play environment, if you wish to bring food and beverages for your own consumption into the park, please do not eat or drink within the play area. Please also be aware that for safety reasons and potential impact on others' experience, the following food and beverages are not permitted in the park (except for infant feeding and medical reasons): ① anything with a pungent odor; ② anything self-heating or requiring on-site preparation.

Before entering the park, please accept temperature monitoring and hand sanitization. Babies under 3 years old must wear diapers to enter the venue. (Individuals with a body temperature exceeding 37.5°C, infectious diseases, skin conditions, or open wounds are denied entry.)
