During this trip to China, our family deeply felt the excellent service provided by the itinerary housekeeper Xiaohui and the tour guide Tan Guozheng, which made our journey very pleasant and memorable. Moreover, when we were hungry during the trip, he always took us to restaurants or supermarkets to fill our stomachs at the right time. Even when the restaurant was slow to serve the dishes, he would help to urge and take the dishes, but he himself had no time to eat because he was busy serving us, which was really touching. Although the service process may be hard and difficult, Tan made us have a great impression of the entire journey, China, the Chinese, and related services and products.
