  1. Climate tips: The temperature difference between morning and evening in Xinjiang is large. You can wear short sleeves, long pants, and a jacket from June to August. You need to bring a jacket or cotton-padded jacket from September to October. It is recommended to wear hiking shoes or travel shoes;
  2. Personal items: Please bring a power bank, hat, sunglasses, sunscreen, lip balm, rain gear, personal toiletries, and a thermos cup (the water quality in Xinjiang is hard, so it is better to drink boiled water);
  3. Common medicines: It is recommended to bring cold medicine, gastrointestinal medicine, Band-Aids, mosquito repellent, wind oil, throat medicine, etc.;
  4. Diet tips: Most areas in Xinjiang have a heavy taste and like spicy food. Meat is mainly beef and mutton. Do not drink cold water immediately after eating meat to avoid diarrhea and other indigestion caused by gastrointestinal discomfort. You can bring some snacks for emergency use;
  5. Time difference: Xinjiang is two hours behind the mainland, so please adjust your biological clock;
  6. Folk customs: Xinjiang is a minority settlement area, so please respect local ethnic customs.
  7. Documents: Please bring your ID card (children under 16 years old must bring their original household registration booklet, and children over 16 years old must bring their ID card), preferential documents (such as: military officer ID card, disability certificate, senior citizen ID card, student ID card);
  8. Hotel facilities: Xinjiang's economy is backward compared to the mainland, and there are differences between hotels of the same level in the mainland, and between scenic area hotels and city hotels of the same level. You need to be mentally prepared;
  9. Accommodation tips: There are fewer king-size rooms in scenic area hotels and the cost is generally higher than that of standard rooms. If you have a demand, you need to make up the difference on the basis of being able to meet it; if you are traveling alone and do not consider sharing a room, you must make up the difference for a single room before departure. If you agree to share a room with the same sex, you must obey the driver's arrangement when you arrive at the local area. If you do not agree to share a room temporarily, the driver will arrange it according to the hotel's situation on the day. If there is an empty room, you will pay the room fee on the spot to stay in one room. If there is no empty room, it cannot be arranged separately. Please forgive me.
  10. Tour order: The tour order is for reference only. If it is affected by factors such as traffic, weather, and road conditions, the driver will make reasonable adjustments to the itinerary order.   11. Free items: If the free items cannot be given due to special reasons, or the guests give up for their own reasons, the fees will not be refunded;
  12. Project abandonment: During the trip, if you choose to leave the group midway, the unfinished part will be deemed to be abandoned by you, and only the fees not incurred in your package will be refunded, and the fares will not be refunded. If the scenic spot is closed due to force majeure and cannot be played normally, the two parties will negotiate and cancel or replace the scenic spot according to the actual situation, and the difference in fees will be refunded on the spot.
  13. Travel Tips: Xinjiang is a vast region, and the routes between scenic spots are long, so it takes a long time to travel by bus. Please be prepared; keep your wallet, ID, mobile phone and other personal belongings properly; please follow the arrangements of the staff when visiting the scenic spots, and do not make decisions on your own; please choose carefully according to your own situation when participating in high-risk activities such as horse riding, rafting, karting, and gliders;
  14. Seat arrangement: The travel agency does not specify seats, and tourists traveling with you will discuss and take turns to sit (except the driver's seat);
  15. Group participation suggestions: The distance between the various scenic spots in Xinjiang is long, and pregnant women, breastfeeding children, and people over 75 years old are not suitable for group tours (70-75 years old guests must sign a waiver agreement and be accompanied by family members).   16. To go to Taxkorgan County, you need to apply for a border pass in Kashgar City in advance. You can go with your mainland ID card to cooperate with the driver to apply for it, and there is no charge.
