  • This exhibition venue is specially designed as a space for parents and children to play together. All tickets can only be used by adults and children together. When purchasing an adult ticket, a child ticket must be bound at the same time to enter. Adults only or children alone are not allowed to enter.
  • Cash and card services are available for on-site ticket purchase, but UnionPay and AE cards are not accepted. All offers cannot be used together
  • There is no need to redeem paper tickets when purchasing tickets online. Please present your electronic voucher to the on-site staff for verification during the visit to gain admission.
  • This ticket is an unregistered and valuable ticket. It is prohibited to resell without the permission of the organizer. Violators will be dealt with according to law.
  • Please keep your tickets properly. Once they are lost, damaged or torn off the admission coupon, they will be deemed invalid and will not be reissued, exchanged or refunded.
  • The ticket has no expiration date and can be used during the exhibition period (2024/12/20-2025/03/02)
  • Those who are eligible for preferential tickets, special discount tickets and free tickets, please take the initiative to present the originals of relevant documents to the on-site staff for verification when purchasing tickets and entering the venue.

Cancellation Policy

  • Apply before the end of the event (2025/03/02 23:59). If you have not redeemed, you can apply for a refund, and 10% of the actual sales price will be deducted as a handling fee. Overdue transactions will not be accepted.
