[Important Notice] According to the Japanese Maritime Transportation Law, starting from April 2024, passengers on the Garinko-go icebreaker ship are required to register in the passenger manifest. Therefore, please fill in your passport number in the ID number column of the passenger information when booking. We regret to inform you that if you fail to fill in the information or fill it in incorrectly, and are unable to board the ship on the day, no refunds will be given. • If the icebreaker ship is suspended due to weather or official reasons, it will be replaced by a visit to the "Hokkaido Okhotsk Sea Ice Science Center GIZA", and a group ticket price of 4,000 yen/adult (6 years and older) will be refunded.
• If the number of participants does not reach 8, you will be notified of the cancellation 8 days before departure. The tour notice will be issued within one week before departure.
• If you have special dietary needs, please inform us in advance when registering (for example, no beef, vegetarian, etc.). We will note your special needs to the restaurant.
• Children under 2 years old do not include meals.
• Please provide the size and number of luggage when registering. If you do not inform us and the luggage exceeds the reasonable number of passengers and the amount of luggage that can be loaded, the tour guide has the right to refuse the guest to bring the luggage on the bus. Guests need to deposit their luggage at their own expense at other storage locations. If you are unable to board the bus due to luggage that cannot be stored, no refunds or any form of compensation will be provided.
• The room type depends on the hotel's availability and cannot be specified.
• If you have any requests such as smoking room/non-smoking room, please note in advance and it will be arranged according to the hotel.
• Travelers are advised to purchase personal travel insurance.
• Please bring your own motion sickness medicine, rain gear, etc.
• Drift ice, flowering, starry sky, snow, maple leaves, etc. are all natural phenomena and cannot be guaranteed.
• Due to the limited availability of hotel rooms, if the hotel is full, accommodation will be arranged in other hotels of the same level.
• To avoid affecting others, please be on time at the designated time and do not be late.
• The actual time for visiting each attraction on the day depends on the traffic conditions and the number of participants. If the visiting facility is closed or the admission time is restricted, the itinerary will be changed on the day. Thank you for your understanding.
• If the itinerary is delayed, changed, suspended, or the attraction is cancelled due to traffic, weather, or other force majeure factors; our company will take safety as the top priority, and will return or adjust the itinerary as appropriate if necessary. No arrangements or refunds will be made for attractions and meals that cannot be visited and enjoyed. Thank you for your understanding, and no compensation will be provided.
• After the start of the itinerary, if it is not suitable to continue the itinerary due to weather, road closures, or safety factors, it will return safely. No other arrangements or refunds will be made for attractions and meals that cannot be visited and enjoyed. Thank you for your understanding.
• Skiing/snow activities/hot springs/horse riding/water activities are all dangerous activities. Please assess the risks and purchase travel insurance. If accidents occur due to force majeure factors that result in loss of passengers' property, physical damage, injury or death, we will not be liable for any responsibility, but we will do our best to help solve the problem.
• If the number of participants in the tour is small, it may be carried out by a minibus or a sea lion vehicle, and the driver will also serve as a tour guide to lead the passengers to complete the itinerary.
• The Ice Waterfall Festival is organized by the organizer and is usually held from the end of January to the beginning of March every year. You may encounter dates that are not yet open. Thank you for your understanding.
• No refunds will be given for those who leave the group midway due to personal reasons.
• Please be on time at the designated location and do not be late, so as not to affect the rights and interests of others.
• During the promotion period, the number of discount quotas is limited every day, and arrangements will be made according to the order of booking. If the discount is full, it may be cancelled.
