[Kyoto Amanohashidate & Ine Boathouse] Amanohashidate & Ine Boathouse Secret Spot Discovery - Sea Village Day Trip (From Osaka)

Thanks to our guide, Seo Geum-bong, I made some wonderful memories. Besides me, there were a few other solo travelers, and the guide diligently took photos for all of us at the photo spots. I'm truly grateful. Now, to the main point: The time spent at Amanohashidate might feel quite long, but if you're planning to visit the observatory on the opposite side of View Land, you'll need to hurry a bit. I think a bicycle is probably the best way to get to the other side. I walked there and took a boat back, but walking took up so much time that I couldn't fully enjoy View Land. (Bicycle 500 yen / One-way boat 800 yen) Nevertheless, the moments I enjoyed the views from the chairlifts at both observatories are unforgettable. The chairlifts at both observatories take over 10 minutes for a round trip, and since it's a single-person system, it's great for slowly enjoying the view. (View Land lift 1000 yen / Opposite observatory lift 800 yen) View Land has overwhelmingly more tourists compared to the opposite observatory. Moving on to Ine, the given time is quite tight. It's a continuous spectacle of the Ine Funaya, so take lots of photos and soak it all in with your eyes. Thanks to the guide, I was able to capture some great photos. I'm sure everyone chooses this tour because of its hard-to-reach location. That's right. Due to its location, this tour involves a lot of bus travel. However, there are no regrets, and the satisfaction is overwhelming. Originally, I traveled with my family, but since I was the only one who wanted to visit these two places, I stayed in Japan for two extra nights alone. (My family found the distance burdensome.) I'll boast about it to my family and probably revisit with them next time. Despite the rain forecast, I pushed through with the tour, feeling a bit resigned. Fortunately, it only drizzled a few drops and didn't rain at all. Even if it had rained, I think I would have enjoyed it just the same. Perhaps a rainy Ine would have been even more beautiful? Finally, and most importantly, traveling with Guide Seo Geum-bong will make your trip even more enjoyable. He is trustworthy, fun, and above all, kind. Thank you!

Thanks to our guide, Seo Geum-bong, my husband, my parents, and I went on a babymoon trip to Amanohashidate and Ine Funaya. After only seeing the cityscapes of Osaka, it was wonderful to relax here, enjoy the scenery, and take photos. My parents also loved it, which made me happy. We're leaving with many great memories! The scenery at Amanohashidate is truly artistic. However, the dragon seems hard to find, and you don't necessarily need to ride the sky bicycle; it's more reasonable to walk up the stairs to see the view. Personally, I preferred Ine Funaya; the water is clean, and it's a great spot for photos. What I liked most was our guide Mika-san's explanations, which were very interesting and full of valuable information. Even on the way home, after the tour had ended, she continued to recommend good restaurants and provide extra information, which was very impressive. I'm very satisfied.

This day trip to Northern Kyoto was an absolutely amazing experience! The itinerary took us from Amanohashidate to the Ine Bay boat tour, and then to the Ine Funaya boat houses. The scenery progressively unfolded, and it was incredibly therapeutic.✨ Our first stop was Amanohashidate, one of Japan's three most scenic views. From the observation deck, we gazed at the long, narrow sandbar stretching across the azure sea and sky. We also tried the unique 'Matanozoki' view, where you look at the scenery through your legs – it was a novel and interesting perspective, offering panoramic views of the mountains, sea, beach, and villages. Under the clear sky, the photos turned out spectacular, with the vast blue-green ocean providing an expansive view; every shot was wallpaper-worthy. Next, we headed to Ine and embarked on a sightseeing boat tour. The sea breeze was refreshing, and seabirds circled around the boat. The scenery of mountains, forests, and reefs along both sides of the bay was breathtaking. Feeling the sea breeze and admiring the mountains and sea, I felt completely relaxed. After disembarking, we strolled through the Ine Funaya boat houses. The clear blue water reflected the rows of ancient boat houses built right on the water's edge. Peeking through the leaves, it felt serene and imbued with the unique charm of a fishing village. Although today was a quick visit, I truly believe Ine deserves more than just a passing glance! I highly recommend staying here for a night to quietly watch the sunset over the sea in the evening and listen to the sound of the waves. Escaping the hustle and bustle of the city, it's incredibly refreshing and brings a profound sense of peace. Slowing down to experience the gentle charm of the fishing village would be a truly unforgettable experience, highly recommended! (Our guide, Jay, was very humorous and highly skilled, explaining everything in Chinese, Japanese, and English. Thumbs up for him!👍🏻)

Great tour! I highly recommend adding this to your trip. I loved our tour guide she was very helpful. I recommend going to the meet up point at least 15 minutes early because there are a lot of busses (osaka) and tours at the same time. We had plenty of time at each location. If you're vegetarian I recommend bringing your own meal as there aren't many options at the stops. The chair lift is a fun experience but give yourself time to explore the sandbar below as well. After the boat tour there is a boathouse in the village you can go on the first floor for ¥300 great photo spot on the cement blocks at the end.

I really wanted to visit Ine Funaya, so I made a reservation! Our guide was Mr. Goomun-gil, who spoke excellent Korean and was also very fluent in Chinese! Most importantly, he was incredibly kind and genuinely seemed to want to help us enjoy the rest of our trip. The package overall was well-organized, and there was quite a bit of travel time! We slept through it, so it was fine, haha. The weather was often gloomy, with rain followed by sunshine, but it felt like a Totoro forest and was very atmospheric. Luckily, the weather brightened up when we arrived at Ine Funaya, which I was most looking forward to, so we enjoyed sightseeing. And on the way to board the cruise, we drove along the coastal road, and the sunset there was absolutely beautiful. I highly recommend this trip to anyone who wants to experience the charm of a small coastal village!

I highly recommend this one day tour to Amanohashidate. one of a kind view experience of Japan countryside. The views are stunning. No wonder the place is called Venice of Japan. our tout operator Liu was very helpful throughout the day. He ensured to coordinate us to each destinations on time. I recommend Liu😊

Guide Choo Hong, you seem like a genius! You continuously speak three languages: Korean, Chinese, and Japanese, with Chinese appearing to be your main language. You are very diligent and incredibly kind. 1. You seemed quite tired from explaining in both Korean and Chinese. 2. It might be better to spend more relaxed time at the second location, Ine Funaya (the seaside village), rather than the first spot, Amanohashidate (dragon, lift).

Our guide, Mika, did an excellent job of explaining the attractions we would be visiting and providing information about the surrounding areas, keeping us entertained during our travels. She also took wonderful family photos for us. We even returned earlier than scheduled, which gave us more time for our next activity, and we really appreciated that.

I came on a free trip to Japan with my mom this time, and after looking around for things to do to make good memories, I booked a tour and went! Guide "Haehwa" explained in both Chinese and Korean, and led us well even though it must have been tiring! Thank you so much ☺️. The long travel time was unavoidable, but I was nervous that it would rain that day, but it didn't rain and I think I picked the right date to go! The scenery was really beautiful!
