Which routes are included in this activity and whether it is possible to customize the routes?

How long will be stay at each attraction?

  • The time stay at each attraction can be adjusted according to your needs. Generally, the driver will discuss with you to ensure enough time for visiting and taking photos

What items are included in the fees, and what are the extra charges?

  • The "Enjoy Nature Tour" and "Hot Place Tour" packages include round-trip KTX fare (Seoul to Pyeongchang), taxi rental fee, fuel costs, and admission tickets, but exclude personal expenses (including meals), toll fees, parking fees, and any additional hourly charges
  • The "Freedom to Mix and Match Tour" package includes the taxi rental fee and fuel costs, but excludes attraction tickets, toll fees, parking fees, insurance, and personal travel expenses

When will the operator provide the driver and car plate information after the booking is confirmed?

  • The operator usually provides the driver's information and license plate number by 5:00 PM (KST), three business days before the service date. They may contact you via the contact details you provided (email, WhatsApp, or LINE). If you have not received the information by that time, please reach out to us using the email below.

What are the operation hours for this activity? Is there any surcharge if I start or end this activity outside of service hours?

  • Standard operation hours for this activity are from 8AM to 9PM
  • If you start or end this activity outside of these hours, there will be a surcharge of KRW 25,000 per hour

Where can I be picked up or dropped off?

  • Pick-up and drop-off locations within the downtown area of Pyeongchang
  • For the "Enjoy Nature Tour" and "Hot Place Tour" package, round-trip KTX fare between Seoul (Seoul Station or Cheongnyangni Station) and Pyeongchang (Pyeongchang Station or Jinbu Station) is included. After departing from Seoul and arriving in Pyeongchang, you can meet your taxi driver directly at the KTX station! Enjoy a seamless journey from Seoul to Pyeongchang!
