📍 Reservation and Meeting Information
- This tour requires a minimum of 2 people per departure date to proceed. If the minimum number is not met, you will be notified of the tour’s cancellation no later than 7 days prior to departure, and the unfulfilled booking will be canceled.
- Please arrive at the designated meeting location 10 minutes prior to the scheduled time. Late arrivals will be considered a no-show and are non-refundable.
- All important notifications will be sent via email. Please check your email regularly to avoid missing critical information.
🚗 Tour and Transportation Arrangements
- This is a shared day tour in Japan and you will be joining other international travelers. Please be punctual and considerate of the group's schedule.
- The vehicle type will be determined based on the number of participants on the day. Specific vehicle requests cannot be accommodated. Thank you for your understanding.
- The order of attractions may be adjusted due to traffic or weather conditions. Please follow the instructions of the tour staff.
- The JR Tadami Line may be suspended due to weather conditions. If viewing the train along the line is not possible, no refunds will be provided.
- On-site staff will provide assistance in Chinese, English, Japanese, and Korean. Specific language requests cannot be guaranteed. Thank you for your understanding.
🧳 Luggage and Eligibility
- We do not recommend this tour for children under 2 years old or individuals with limited mobility. This tour does not provide infant seats or accessible facilities.
- If you need to bring large luggage or have train connection needs, please indicate this when booking, and we will assist with arrangements where possible.
👟 Clothing and Meal Recommendations
- Recommended attire: Light and comfortable clothing and shoes suitable for walking and taking photos.
- Lunch is free time, please handle your own meal expenses and choose your own food. Staff can provide basic assistance; however, if you have allergies or dietary restrictions, please be sure to confirm the ingredients and choose carefully.
