Excellent service. Everything received five stars.
The tour guide driver took us to a specific restaurant to force us to spend money. There were no other dining options or options to bring our own meals. Everyone had to order food, which was a very bad experience.
The tour guide was excellent, very attentive, and fun. However, this itinerary basically doesn't include admission tickets for any of the attractions that require them (it feels more like just a transportation service), which negatively impacted the overall experience. The pickup location before departure in the morning was also not clear enough, only providing the street name instead of the exact location, which resulted in spending quite a bit of time confirming. I'm not sure which platform the other tour members used or which activity they signed up for to be in the same group, but theirs included admission tickets. Overall, besides the tour guide being fantastic, there wasn't much to praise about this Klook activity. 🙂
It said "hotel pickup," but we actually had to go to a meeting point. It also mentioned palace tickets were included, but it was only for the garden. However, it rained, so we didn't even go to the garden. For most of the trip, we were just exploring on our own. And it cost over 3,000 NTD per person. Very poor.
Only one attraction ticket was available. You didn't inform us about advance tickets for other attractions, so we couldn't visit them. Very low value for money, not recommended.
