The place is clean, the massage rooms are new, and the decor is modern. The staff are polite and attentive to customers, and there's no pressure at all. After receiving the service, I felt completely relaxed. I booked through Klook and got an immediate appointment, so there was no waiting. I'm a regular customer; whenever I want a massage, this is the only place I think of. I hope they continue to maintain their high standards and keep improving their service.

As it was my first trip to Thailand, I wanted to experience a spa, so I booked this one based on its good reviews. My schedule wasn't fixed, so I hadn't made a reservation by phone in advance, but when I arrived around 7 PM on the day and presented my voucher at the reception, I was immediately shown in. I chose the Royal Treatment Package (150 minutes), and I'm glad I used Klook because it was cheaper than paying on-site. I had a female therapist, and my husband had a male therapist. We were led to a dimly lit semi-private room, and the pleasant aroma of essential oils and calming music made us feel very relaxed. The treatment followed the course exactly and was performed thoroughly and carefully. I was a little nervous that Thai massage might be painful, but the therapist adjusted the pressure as needed, and for me, it was just right – a pleasant, slightly firm sensation. The herbal ball was surprisingly hot at first, but once I got used to it, the aroma was lovely and felt wonderful. I especially recommend the foot massage; it was incredibly comfortable. When we arrived, my feet were swollen and aching from travel fatigue, but by the end of the treatment, they felt amazingly refreshed, and the pain was gone. My husband and I were both very impressed. After the treatment, we enjoyed delicious Thai tea and cookies and were completely satisfied. While there might be cheaper places, the service was excellent, and I truly felt the benefits of the massage, so it's a place I'd definitely want to visit again.

Redemption process is very smooth. I booked on the same day just few minutes before I went to the shop. Saw that reservation is required via phone call, but since I didnt have a Thai phone number to call them, I went to the shop straight. Thankfully there’s slot. the whole experience is clean and good.

Since I was in the area, I spontaneously bought a foot massage voucher on Klook. I couldn't call to make a reservation, so I went directly to the shop to ask if I could use it right away. There weren't many customers at that time, so the staff immediately arranged it for us. The masseuse was very professional, and the one-hour foot massage was incredibly comfortable. Coming for a massage at 3 PM and taking a nap afterward was wonderfully relaxing. I'll definitely come back for a massage next time I'm in Bangkok. Highly recommend!

After a super tiring day exploring the Siam area, I saw this offer on Klook. I asked if a therapist was available, bought it, and used it immediately. You can also book an appointment after purchasing, which is very convenient. The room was comfortable and clean, and the therapist was excellent. All the staff were very friendly! 👍🏻

The massage was very thorough and strong. There were individual private rooms and also showers. Since I took a red-eye flight, I conveniently took a shower in the shower room. They provided a hair dryer and comb, so I felt it was a great value. This place is also very close to the MRT station, and there's an elevator to go downstairs.

The lady was hardworking and did an okay job. Other branches are good as well but this shop is accessible via both skytrain and metro.

Lek Massage Reception is very polite, all staff are smiling, the therapists are professional, the environment is comfortable and clean, the shop is close to the BTS, purchased on Klook, will recommend friends to go to Lek Massage next time.

I’ve been to different Lek branches a few times and the experience has been pleasant. Foot massage always sends me to sleep.
