The boat cruise in Interlaken was a very peaceful and relaxing experience. You can purchase food and drinks on board, making for a comfortable journey. The scenery from the lake was truly beautiful, and it wasn't too crowded, allowing us to quietly enjoy nature, which was particularly memorable. It was an unforgettable experience. The boat cruise ride was smooth, and the scenery was truly surreal and breathtaking. However, the information provided on Klook was incomplete and could be improved, especially the lack of a detailed Fahrplan. It’s also not feasible to cover both Lake Thun and Lake Brienz in one day. Overall, though, it was still a wonderful experience.
The attendant checking tickets couldn't scan the QR code, and it took a long time to resolve the issue before it was finally scanned at another gate. I suggest adding a note to the instructions advising guests to inform staff that they have a one-day pass to avoid unnecessary trouble.

Because the trip was delayed and I couldn't participate, I tried to contact the operator and Klook to refund or reschedule, but both of them kept shirking responsibility. It is recommended that those who want to participate in the event purchase only after confirming the itinerary on the day.
