- Lowering blood pressure

Forest & Sound Bathing with plant music Have you heard plants sing before? Your restful journey will continue with an intriguing segment of listening to music made by plants. This is made possible by the PlantWave that detects biological changes and electrical signals in plants, then translating the wave into pitch. Listening to the plant music, you might feel very relaxed, or intrigued, or perhaps even inspired.
Having taken a pause from the world of busy, we will finally gather and conclude our experience with a tea sharing.

Reviews
I recently attended the session on Saturday morning, and it was a wonderful experience! The meditation helped me relax and find peace within myself. After the session, I enjoyed sitting at one of the coffee shops across the road to reflect on everything. I really appreciated the guidance from Leela; she made the experience even more special. Recommend it to those who’s looking for some tranquility and connection with nature! 🌿✨
a very interesting and relaxing experience with lots of insights and history into forest soundbathing as well as the main guided meditation. we also got to try sampling sounds from different plants which was interesting.
Was a very calming and introspective experience following along with our forest bathing guide. really felt connected with nature
thanks for walking us through this mindfulness journey. really appreciated the time I spend in slowing down instead of rushing through everything.
It was a relaxing and rejuvinating experience. Something for every city dweller. A perfect way to connect back to the body and nature.
perhaps the experience wasnt the best cos it was affected by the rain, but felt that the session was mediocre
the session was really calming. interesting experience and I was able to let go off my emotional baggage and improve on my mental health. overall an amazing experience and will recommend to friends and family. just a note, the space has limited comfortable chairs, so do come early to secure a comfortable spot for yourself!
really helps to calm the body and relax the mind! our guide was wonderful and very knowledgeable in forest bathing and plant music. we even ended the session with fragrant rose petals tea. would recommend!
A great place for city dwellers to have a break from the hustles and bustles from the city to enjoy a taste of nature
It was definitely an interesting and calming experience. Tea was served at the end of the session. The guide was passionate in explaining and sharing the beauty of forest bathing. This was just condensed version of a full forest bathing session (2-3 hours) and I believe by being in a forest would make it a better experience :)
