Unfortunately, it rained on the day I visited the Musée d'Orsay. I entered around 10:00 AM and was able to enter smoothly, bypassing the long lines of other visitors. However, I then had to leave my backpack in a locker, and there were not enough lockers compared to the number of visitors, so the wait time for a locker to become available was long. You don't have to check in your phone or a small crossbody bag, so you should avoid bringing a backpack. When I went to pick up my backpack and coat at 1:00 PM, there were lockers available, so if you have luggage, it might be better to enter in the afternoon. I was able to listen to the Japanese audio guide by downloading an app on my smartphone.

Highly recommend buying individual tickets. The package deals are a rip-off, definitely don't be fooled like I was. After buying your individual ticket, you can go directly to the express line at the attraction, saving you a lot of trouble.

the entry into the museum was seamless. i just had to line up and the voucher provided by klook was scanned at the entrance. the museum was very informative and easy to navigate

The Musée d'Orsay is beautiful and well worth a visit! Although the audio guide wasn't working, I contacted customer service. They were very helpful and offered a refund for the audio guide.

It was convenient to pick up the ticket, but I found that you can actually get in for free on Sundays as long as you register on the official website. I used Klook but it was stuck and I couldn’t get in, but later someone else came to communicate and it was OK again! I think you should have informed me of this earlier!

I was able to enter easily just by showing the QR code. However, to use the audio guide that comes with the ticket, you need to install a dedicated app. Also, the audio guide of the app does not fully correspond to the paintings of the Musee D'orsay. There is an audio guide of another company right inside the museum. I think it would be better to purchase it from there.
