- [Zhang Hall] Built in the Zhengtong era of the Ming Dynasty (1436-1449). Yuyan Hall covers an area of 1,400 square meters, with a building area of 1,884 square meters. It has six courtyards and more than 60 rooms of various sizes.
- 11:30 [Shen Hall] Originally named Jingye Hall, it was built in 1742, the seventh year of the Qianlong reign of the Qing Dynasty, by Shen Benren, a descendant of the wealthy merchant Shen Wansan. Shen Hall has a large building area with seven courtyards, five gate towers, and more than 100 rooms of various sizes.

we had great time at Zhouzhuang, lots of interesting history and tour guide Ding went extra miles show us more about the area that wasn’t in the itinerary
the program itself was fine but klook support absolutely failed at providing any useful support whatsoever. a system error put our booking under chinese speaking your guide. we noticed it immediately and submitted it to klook support alongside the proof where the booking was made for English guide prior to payment. support couldn’t care less and even made a fraudulent offer that she cannot fulfill to get me off the support line. be very careful when booking using a browser as their system is unreliable. Klook’s attitude and unwillingness makes it even worse. I still have a pending support case where I’ve asked for the supervisory government agency for klook which they’re simply ignoring. stay away from the platform - I recon TripAdvisor is much more reliable
