11-day tour of the beautiful Sichuan, Yunnan and Tibet

Activity Description:

• 【Meeting Time】Day 1;
• 【Meeting Point】Designated hotel in Chengdu city;
• 【Suitable Participants】Individuals aged 12-65 in good health, with no hypertension, hyperlipidemia, hyperglycemia, or cardiovascular and cerebrovascular diseases. Due to policy restrictions, this route is only available to citizens of mainland China, Hong Kong, and Macau. We appreciate your understanding! (Minors under 18 must be accompanied by a parent; individuals over 55 must undergo a medical examination at the hospital to ensure good health);
• 【Group Formation】Operates with a minimum of 1 person; 1-5 people will have a driver-cum-guide, 6 or more people will have a dedicated tour guide; maximum group size is 20.

Important Information for Registration:

1. Regarding Registration: Please do not register if you have any infectious diseases, cardiovascular diseases, cerebrovascular diseases, respiratory system diseases, mental illness, severe anemia, are in the recovery period after a major or medium-sized surgery, have mobility issues, are pregnant, or have other conditions that make you unsuitable for travel. If you are registering on behalf of someone else, please verify the health condition of the person you are registering. If the registrant or the person registering on behalf of someone else conceals their health condition, they will be responsible for the consequences.
2. Regarding Accommodation: We provide cost-effective accommodation for our team members. Nevertheless, team members should be fully prepared. The areas along the route are sparsely populated, and basic infrastructure is limited. Many hotels along the route are not star-rated. Due to being in a high-altitude area, water and electricity resources are scarce, and power and water outages may occur. Please prepare a flashlight in advance and be prepared not to shower, wash your hair, or wash your face. Team members who are particularly fond of cleanliness can bring a sleeping bag liner for emergencies.
3. Regarding Seating: The first seat on the left is for the driver, the first seat on the right is for the tour guide, and the rest are ordinary seats. Please choose your own seat after boarding. Please be considerate of each other during the long-distance travel in the plateau.
4. Force Majeure: (1) Our company is not responsible for any compensation if the contract cannot be fulfilled or the itinerary changes due to force majeure factors (such as landslides, mudslides, road and bridge destruction, flight delays, national policies, war, epidemic, traffic control, traffic jams, etc.); (2) Any additional travel expenses incurred as a result will be borne by the team members themselves; (3) The fees that are reduced or not incurred will be refunded to the team members by our company in a factual manner.
