Artic Adventures was the operator. The bus arrived late to the pickup stop, as the driver said that the company called him last minute the same morning as the other guide called out sick. He was messy and all over the place, did not know the itinerary, and told us that he had not done this tour since before Covid times. The weather was also horrible, windy and rainy and the minivan was going sideways on the road. The stops are really uneventful, the only good places is the last waterfall (go around it) and the Glacier walk. The plane wreck is not worth it.
The tour guide was a really great lady, very competent, and she took good care of us.
