The 10 o'clock departure time refers to the departure time of the bus. You need to wait for the minibus to pick you up at the agreed location before 9:30am. It takes another 10-20 minutes for the minibus to get to the bus. This was not explained in advance.
The tour guide is very friendly and has English introductions. He can pick you up and drop off in front of the hotel, which is very convenient. The itinerary is rich and the scenic spots are beautiful.
