- The driver will pick you up directly from your hotel, airport, railway station, or any other indicated pick up point. Please indicate the exact address of your preferred pick up point at checkout
- For airport pick ups, the date selected at check out should be your flight arrival date e.g. If your flight arrives at 23:45 on 1 May, please select 1 May
- No additional stops or detours will be permitted during the service. You will be dropped off directly at your drop off location after being picked up
- The driver speaks only basic English
- You must inform the driver about your preferred pickup time for your return transfers. Return should be scheduled before 23:59 on the same day. Any overtime surcharge is to be paid directly to the driver in cash

- No surcharge will apply if you return to drop off point before 23:59
- Overtime surcharge of INR200 per hour will apply if return to drop off point is after 23:59

Is this a different car company? The agent was polite and patient, the driver was patient and polite. Thank you for the service. The traffic in Mumbai was a headache.. The car was a bit smelly and if possible, may you have it cleaned completely? It’s a 6-seat car but it uses CNG, so it’s small if you have 1-2 big luggages. The luggages can only be put in the back seats.

Buying a Mumbai to Pune Charter Car Local traffic in India is very poor, causing drivers to start and stop. I was dizzy. It took me more than five hours to get to Pune (departing from Mumbai airport) to the Pune hotel at midnight. The driver was not too good Ca n’t communicate at all in English. There is a small disadvantage. Drivers often use mobile phones to slide out! !! !! I'm afraid that I have safety at all times! !!

no show... driver did not come to pickup no response was shown by travel agency...have arranged other cab after waiting for 2hrs stranded on airport.. now waiting for refund... very poor service experience 😕
