Reviews
The exhibition is separated into clear sections to introduce the story. It has some areas which recreate the scenes of the story, so that one can take pictures with that. The drawings from Arakawa sensei are mesmerising and recall our memories.
I am very fortunate that this exhibition has been postponed to July, so I have time to visit it. I really like this work, the story is very interesting. I came here to visit with memories. The ticket is also very worth it, and there are some gifts for me to take back as a souvenir.
I am not a fan of steel chains, but I just came here with a friend. The exhibition is quite sincere. It is divided into 6 major exhibition areas to highlight the themes. The comics on display are specially accompanied by Chinese translations. It is a very considerate arrangement for Japanese novices, and then they are given away. The souvenirs are of high quality, and the idea of collecting stamps to exchange for certificates is also very good. It feels very participatory, and the artist specially drew pictures for this exhibition, so he attaches great importance to the fans' feelings. Although to be honest, 80% of the exhibits are just comics, you can consider making more scenes to make it more immersive (the magic circle is really cool). The peripheral products are not particularly attractive. Although I bought them, I don’t like the fact that the coasters are sold in a bundle. I only like a certain one. In order to encourage more similar exhibitions, I gave it five stars.
The Fullmetal Alchemist Exhibition was a great experience. It was cool to see the original volumes of the manga and the new Fullmetal Editions. Seeing all the art and drawings of the manga was amazing. There was a wide range of official merchandise which was great to explore and buy.
Such a fabulous experience. The ticket is such good value and it takes you through the stages of each era of the show. There's props, concept art and video installations. Unfortunately none of the accompanying info is in English, but it's minimal so doesn't make much of a difference to the experience. Get stamps for your tour map as your progress and enjoy the merchandise and food at the end! Total time to really enjoy the tour is about an hour.
a must visit for any FMA fan! would highly recommend it. you’ll need 1 hour at most to appreciate the manga panels and overall exhibit. love the freebies by the ends as well!
The location is easy to find, and the paintings you see look like art exhibitions. The sentence that impressed me the most: "Lessons without pain are meaningless at all. Because without making any sacrifices, people cannot gain anything. Therefore, when you get happiness by overcoming pain, you will have irreplaceable Heart of Steel!!" Because people can't get anything without making any mistakes.
If you like the animation, you will love it. But don’t expect too much activities, it’s more like a mini museum.
Just show the QR code when booking through klook, which is very convenient. You can buy souvenirs and theme restaurants outside the venue. The entrances and exits on the first floor start from here, so it will be a bit crowded during holidays. Basically, the contents of the exhibition are not new, because they are all original manuscripts and illustrations. Fans of steel chains should have seen all the contents, so they can come and review them. There will be a certificate (obtained by collecting stamps) and a commemorative card when you enter the venue. It is worth it as a memory exhibition.
