*** Please don't waste your time and money, No one picked us up*** It's mentioned that you will receive a notification a day earlier regarding the pick up and more detailed information. However, we haven't receive anything so we didn't know which tour operator is coming to picked us up. We still arrived 15minutes early to our picke up place. And we checked with all the tour guides there and got told we are not in their tour. Contacted klook agent ( they don't have a number to call ,just a chat box which is really inconvenient and time consuming ) got told that the operator has left and told us to go to the island by ourselves if we wanted to join. Overall it's really disappointing and unprofessional. I would highly recommend booking via other agent to prevent silimar things happens to you,as this is highly unreliable agent.
We missed the tour because we didn't meet the shuttle at the point. We stood at the point for more than half an hour. There was no contacted phone number so the front desk wanted to help but failed. At the time, no one called me or left message to me through email or whatsapp. We were so disappointed and angry with this first day at Malta. Please contact me asap. mhtonglinda@gmail.com
