loved our tour, but wouldve been better if the guide told us to prepare for the altitude. i got lightheaded and dizzy upon reaching the highest peak. best to warn us about that. but booking via Klook made it smooth! view was super worth it!!!
Traveling in a small group is quite convenient. The city is very beautiful. It is a place that should be seen at least once in your life. I recommend choosing the cable car type.
Nice trip wonderful place.. but value for money?… this rate is just for the transfer from Geneva to Zermatt. But overall we liked it. Our guide was wonderful, great guy.

I purchased an additional glacier paradise cable car ticket, but it was canceled due to weather conditions. The tour guide didn’t buy the ticket at all that day. Why was he only refunded a small amount instead of the full $5,736 for the three tickets? It was my first time participating in Klook, and I was very disappointed.
