Evergreen Plaza Hotels Tainan-Tasting The Word Buffet

This time I used Evergreen Group's instant coupons. Evergreen Group has a wide range of uses and is quite convenient to use, but the on-site staff are not very good at using them.

They have everything I wanted to eat, like crayfish and crabs, but the salted egg yolk fried shrimp was very slow to come out, only appearing the first time and near the end of the meal.

Comfortable dining, convenient parking.

The food was okay, not bad, but some of the staff had poor attitudes. The person carving meat in the Roast section wasn't at their station, and when they returned, they didn't ask guests what they needed or if they required service. Instead, they blamed guests for not calling them. If you buy a meal voucher here, it can only be used to pay for items at their original price and the 10% service charge based on the original price. Birthday celebrants for the current month receive a discounted price, but this voucher cannot be used for that (which feels a bit...).

When we made the reservation, the staff member was very thoughtful and asked if there were any elderly guests, then arranged for a table on the ground floor. The food quality was 9/10, and the variety was 8/10.
