Host introduction Hello everyone, I am Chuchu, the host of Eatwith in Xi’an. I am a Chinese studies teacher and have been engaged in the cultural industry for many years. I have a tea-themed space in Xi’an. Over time, I came into contact with beautiful tea snacks such as Tang Guozi. Tang Guozi happens to be a kind of Chinese tea snack that originated in the Tang Dynasty. I think that travel is not just a journey of sightseeing, but a place where you can meet another kind of life. I invite you to join me to achieve a more in-depth and unknown journey.

As the ancient capital of 13 dynasties, the most impressive thing about Xi’an is the prosperity of the Tang Dynasty. Tangguozi originated in the Tang Dynasty and is a very delicate pastry, usually made with Chinese tea. The main raw material we use is white kidney beans, pure handmade ingredients, no additives and no preservatives, and the embellishment is also natural pigments extracted from plants, which is very healthy and the shape is also unique and amazing. Our tea chef will lead everyone to make such exquisite teas step by step in your hands.
