Kim’s Duet is a Singaporean brand by Kim Guan Guan - a leading purveyor of Singapore Traditional Coffee since 1988. With “A Story in Every Cup”, Kim’s Duet is dedicated to advocate Singapore Traditional Coffee from bean to cup and the unique Singapore coffee culture where people tend to come together to have daily conversations or long overdue catch-ups over a cuppa. Instead of extracting coffee flavours and aroma only to freeze dry and add water back in, we focus on roasting Robusta beans in our ISO-22000 Certified roastery in Singapore to achieve the distinctive bittersweet roast that Singaporeans know and love. The caramelised coffee beans are then ground, packed and sealed within the same day to lock in the freshness and the aroma!

Shop is conveniently located in Jewel. It was tricky to find at first as it was lumped together with other souvenir stores. Tip: it's right in front of the early check in counters. Many kopi and teh options. Packaging is really nice and good for gift giving. Coffee taste is strong. There was only 1 shop attendant during our visit so the service was not that fast. We were not in a hurry anyway. She was kind and helpful.

The attitude is very good, the pickup speed is also very fast, you can look at the map to find the location with more specific directions. The traditional coffee in Singapore tastes good and I will buy it again if I go there again.
Value for money! The Voucher was very easy to redeem and Kopi was very nice. Stall located in a mix of SG souvenirs so hard to miss.
Purchase and use it on the spot. The store clerk is very attentive and kind. You need to wait for them to send a message back to the company to confirm the order and confirm that the goods are available on site before you can pick it up. But everything is very fast and highly recommended.
The staff in Jewel Changi was accomodationg and friendly and the coffee was so tasty, my father loves it.
