Easter Brunch on the Eighth
Gourmets can now enjoy an even more sensational dining experience, as the entire eighth level will be turned into an exquisite sanctuary celebrating the zenith of European cuisines. With a wide range of quality ingredients at his disposal, the talented culinary team curate and unforgettable gustatory journey across Italy, France, Germany, Switzerland, Spain and beyond. For an extra festive touch that day, a massive Easter chocolate egg will be specially prepared. The chef will smash it open live, allowing everyone to share in the delicious chocolate pieces. Guests can enjoy free-flow Perrier-Jouët Grand Brut NV champagne, red and white wine, cocktails, beer, soft drinks and mocktails.

'Vive le Brunch' Weekend Brunch
The salad and appetiser bar features over a dozen tantalising starters, including cold cuts, cantaloupe, Italian cheeses, seafood crudos, Caesar salad, and more - each bursting with flavour. The chilled seafood platter is presented to the table by the restaurant team. Highlights include Boston lobster, Canadian snow crab legs, tiger prawns, French mussels and whelk. A selection of main courses is not to be missed. Meat lovers can savour roasted rack of lamb with tzatziki sauce, Piri Piri chicken or roasted prime rib, while seafood enthusiasts may opt for lobster thermidor, seafood paella or Ligurian-style sea bass. A selection of handcrafted desserts including Tiramisu, iced apple pie, Earl Grey chocolate mousse, vanilla crème brûlée, soy milk panna cotta and more make the perfect indulgence to sweeten your afternoon.
