Malaga Alhambra & Granada Full-Day Tour with Skip-the-Line

the trip.is long and journey time one way is 2.5 hrs hence trip should start early atleast by 8am. also there is a need to get passport or any national.id with pic which is not mentioned anywhere and hence can create issues though the authority were gracious to let us enter the palace with scanned copy but it was also a surprise as it's no .mentioned in any email or klook app. The guide from Malaga was good but his English language could be better and more warm and humorous than a strict person. The guide in Alhambra was good overall trip worth doing a lot of walking through the day at granada town and alambara...be prepared

We gathered at 8:30 in the morning, but received an email at around 7:00 pm the previous night saying that the tour was cancelled due to a mistake made by the Alhambra Palace and no tickets were arranged. Klook said it was not its own problem and was only responsible for providing a refund. Think twice before joining this tour!
