Booking guidelines

• If you encounter any service disruption such as unable to connect to internet, slow speed, APN settings or any other service disruption after inserting the card, please contact the operator's customer service at: @aircoolsim
• The SIM card is valid for your selected duration on a daily basis. If you activate your SIM at 23:59, it will count as one day
• The eSIM virtual SIM card does not support card locking machines, tablets, telecom operators' customized machines, and network sharing devices.
• This is a Data-only SIM card. Calls, texts, or topping up additional credits will not be possible
• The connection speed depends on your reception coverage and the local tele company. No refund will be issued for any speed drop

Usage reminder

• Under the Fair Usage Policy, data speed and usage may be limited for users who process large amounts of data in a short period of time. This is at the discretion of the subscribed telecommunications company and may occur without prior notice
• Please refrain from extensive video streaming and/or processing a huge amount of data in a short time

Applicable models:

• Use the dial button to dial "*#06#". If the EID barcode or text appears, it means your phone supports the eSIM function.

Not applicable models:

• eSIM is not applicable to models purchased in China, Hong Kong, and Macau.
• Samsung’s Galaxy Z Flip phone purchased in Taiwan supports eSIM function
• For details, please refer to the official website of the mobile phone brand to confirm whether it supports the eSIM function.
