If no adult accompanies the child, our company reserves the right to refuse entry to the child alone. We apologize for any inconvenience. Parents or guardians are responsible for the safety and behavior of their children and shall bear all responsibility and compensation. Our company staff will not be responsible for supervising or caring for children. Children must use the facilities carefully under the supervision and guidance of parents or guardians. If a child is injured due to lack of adult supervision or if anyone is injured due to improper use of our facilities, our company will not bear any responsibility. Parents and guardians can move freely within the booth area to supervise their children. All facilities in this venue are designed for children, and parents must understand and accept this risk. For the safety of all guests, our store reserves the right to refuse participation or entry to anyone who may pose a risk of spreading disease, threat, or violence to others, and reserves all rights to pursue legal action. Bad Weather Arrangements
- If the Hong Kong Observatory issues a Yellow, Red, or Black Rainstorm Warning Signal / Strong Wind Signal No. 3 / Gale or Storm Signal No. 8 three hours before the store's opening hours and it remains in effect: the branch will operate as usual.
- If a Typhoon Signal No. 9 or above is issued before the store's opening hours, the branch will be temporarily closed, and activities will be immediately terminated. However, purchased packages and tickets will not be refunded.
- After all typhoon and black rainstorm warnings are lifted, the store will resume business within 2 hours.

Excellent value for price. HKD 35 per head (adult and child same price) for full day access (1030am to 9pm). Ball pool is small but decor is quite new and felt relatively safe. Only suggestion is to lower the sound of the TV game as it gets really loud especially after a while. Would increase seating for caregivers. Get there by Tsing Yi mtr exit A2 (Marina Mall first floor).

The place is not big, and the play facilities are diverse and concentrated. Kindergarten children have first-class performance, and all venues have safety mats, so parents can play with peace of mind. At half price, you can play all day long, and you can come and go freely with a hand strap. In fact, after playing for 2-3 hours, the battery has been discharged.
The staff were very nice and courteous. We needed to reschedule due to something urgent. Although Klook was unable to arrange the rescheduling, nobi nobi took the initiative to help and asked colleagues to follow up. We will definitely come back.
