⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ A truly relaxing and wonderful experience. The owner, therapists, staff, and even the driver were all very accommodating and welcoming. The place is beautiful, with a calming natural ambiance that instantly makes you feel at ease. The reception area, with its elegant chandelier and furnishings, feels majestic and well-designed. The massage was excellent—you can really feel that you’re in good hands as your body completely relaxes. Overall, outstanding service. Highly recommended!

Helios Spa Boracay: A Serene Escape From the moment I arrived, Helios Spa enveloped me in a tranquil atmosphere. The garden-like setting immediately calmed my senses, a welcome respite from the bustling Boracay scene. The courteous staff greeted me with a refreshing welcome drink, setting a tone of impeccable service that continued throughout my experience. My massage therapist was highly skilled, expertly working out knots and tension. The massage itself was deeply relaxing, leaving me feeling rejuvenated and refreshed. The thoughtful touch of a soothing tea after the treatment was a perfect ending. The spa's cozy and magnificent lobby provided a relaxing space to unwind before and after my treatment. The overall ambiance was sophisticated yet inviting, creating the ideal environment for a truly restorative experience. Helios Spa Boracay is a must-visit for anyone seeking a luxurious and rejuvenating spa experience in Boracay. I will undoubtedly teturn on my next trip.

I also went to the massage shop in Station 2, but this one was by far better. I plan to go every day for the rest of my stay. I got the 60-minute signature massage! I was satisfied with 60 minutes! (I would like to take a longer course if my schedule allows.) Japanese is not spoken. Counseling sheets are not in Japanese. All the staff were kind and had a calm atmosphere, which made me feel very relaxed. I highly recommend this place to anyone who wants to get a quality massage in Boracay!

This is my first time having a massage in a Korean-inspired shop, and I must say that this is a must-experience in Boracay. They are very welcoming, and the customer service is great. The staff, from pickup until the return to D'Mall in McDonald's, is very helpful and kind. It was a wonderful experience for me personally. I will definitely return to this place when I go back to Boracay.

Booked 3-hour Royal SPA Treatment (8 PM) $566 HKD after discount Klook didn't explain the process clearly, so I'd like to share it here: 0. Advance WhatsApp for pick-up information ✅ 1. Free pick-up ✅ The driver was already at Jollibee on the main road 15 minutes before the agreed time. The drive wasn't as far as I thought, about 8 minutes. 2. Questionnaire & welcome juice ✅ 3. Officially started: Coconut scrub? 🆗 (Another platform wrote it this way) Performed lying on a plastic bed in a large bathroom. They apply white coconut milk first, then transparent coconut oil/honey? (I forgot to ask) • Didn't feel like a scrub (so could it not be a scrub?) • Not sure if it's because I chose light pressure on the questionnaire, but it felt a bit weak. Improved after I told the technician. • Technicians usually open the bathroom door to let the air conditioning from the massage room in, but it's too cold. You can tell the technician. 4. Coconut milk hot bath 🆗 I found it comfortable but not hot enough. 5. Rinsing ❌ • No hot water • The shower and shampoo products are a bit bad. The soap for showering was used, and there were no makeup removers. I recommend bringing your own. Because of the above reasons, I just rinsed with cold water. 6. Massage starts ✅✅ (Remember to tell the technician if it's too cold. The air conditioning in the massage room is super cold and can't be adjusted, only turned off, but I thought it was just right and I could even hear bullfrogs) Oil massage ▶️ hot stone massage ▶️ towel dry rub, slightly dry massage ▶️ head and face massage (with lotion) I thought the above was super comfortable 😌 The strength was just right and on point. 7. Tipping at the end 8. Back to the welcome hall for delicious Cocogamot tea, but no cake 🆗 9. Leave a comment on Google for a small gift ✅ 10. Free transfer to my hotel ✅✅ The person in charge will kindly ask where you live because my hotel is very close to Jollibee, so I was dropped off directly at the hotel. Overall, I think it's worth it 👍 The whole process really took 3 hours (even though I didn't wash up) And the massage was really super comfortable 😌

It was a great experience at Helios from pick up, massage, service, to drop off. The ambience was amazing, we were the only guests at the time of our visit so it felt like we booked the place for ourselves. Massage was good that we had to extend for another 30 minutes. The only thing I can comment is that there was no mango float available which wasy husband's favourite and was looking forward to have. Overall, it was pleasant and we will definitely come back again here.
