Activation procedure

I have been unable to receive 5G signals, and 4G is only Lite!
Nice Coverage but sometime it lagged, so you need to reset to Airplane Mode On.
The connection is easy, the instructions are clear, and sending emails is very efficient. And the network speed is also good, and the connection will not be disconnected midway.
works well in hk but not in china, theres no 4G symbol or even LTE symbol when u enter china. only bars logo.
Notice! This product does not require scanning the Klook voucher QRcode. You need to scan the QRcode of another "eSIM Infomation and Quick start guide"... When I set off, I found that I had not received another letter. I communicated with the customer service at the airport for a long time, and then got on the plane. We haven't settled on it yet, so I flew to the local area and talked to the new customer service again before I received the letter...
It works just like roaming!! Available in both Hong Kong & Macau! I haven't used it in mainland China.
The setup is pretty smooth. I only have traffic issues. I worry about being slowed down, so I don’t dare to use it all the time. But overall it’s ok.
There is no way to add QR Code to eSIM. When I contacted the online smart customer service, they only told me that this QR Code was not correct. Instead, my mailbox would send an additional barcode that is valid within 24 hours. However, I did not receive it at all. I contacted them again. Very inconvenient; the price of direct data roaming is almost the same and it is more convenient and faster.
e-sim was my best choice after my phone can support it. And here they can provide you nice and stable network.
