The scenery is beautiful but the quality of the tour is so so. A very small tour group in a small vehicle, did not really feel the vibe of a sightseeing tour group, which makes the tour less enjoyable. The itinerary is a bit random, very much depending on the decision of the tour guide. Visiting most of the spots in a rush, could not really see the true beauty.
The pickup location is Horseshoe Casino Las Vegas at 7:45 a.m. I had to wait from 7:10 to 8:30 a.m. at a place where many hotel guests take tour buses, but I couldn't get on the tour vehicle. I thought I wouldn't be able to answer the phone after applying for the tour, so I sent a message via KakaoTalk. I asked them to contact me and told me to contact them via KakaoTalk using the customer service chatbot, but there was no answer. I couldn't contact them.
