The Room might be considered a little tight, but I thought it was cozy and completely functional for what we needed. Staff was very friendly and quick to assist with any requests like towels or help with key cards. Parking was also a bit tight during peak hours, but I imagine a lot of people were in town for the same reason we were, making for a busy weekend. TV in the room was quite nice too.

First and foremost, I want to say that the front office staff was very helpful and nice. Our room was clean and comfortable for the most part. The issue that we had that was quite noticeable was that it seemed like the property is also being used as a live in treatment facility for substance use disorder, so there were people wondering around the parking lot late at night and it just seemed like a sketchy environment. This was not advertised when booking the room which is something that should have been disclosed that way I could have made a decision on whether I booked or not. So be weary of this place. I feel our money went to the room fee for one of these sober living residents stay, due to being so overpriced. I can say the bed is comfortable.

The photos are so doctored or AI. In reality, this is the kind of place that should charge by the hour. It was disgusting.

The paint on the ceiling is peeling. Also, I extended the sofa bed and it was dirty, and when I asked them to vacuum it, they said they didn't have a vacuum cleaner.

This place has been recently refinished but it is still really run down. The road is super noisy and the key cards don’t work so you have to go to the office every time. There is also some sort of outreach program that is going on with a lot of homeless people or recovery people staying here. Two mornings in a row we woke up to emergency vehicles picking up someone in the parking lot. Also, they charge a 29 dollar a night pet fee but no where for the pet to go potty on the property. 2 good things about this place are it is recently rehabbed and there is an excellent noodle restaurant across the street. I do not recommend staying here. The staff was nice.

The staff was wonderful. That’s where it ended. Hotel was predominantly occupied by homeless government occupants which cased us on and around the property making for a very uncomfortable coexistence. Furthermore, the rooms lacked ALL basic amenities expected in a hotel- No luggage rack for suitcases, no tissues, no washcloths, and no ironing board or iron. This hotel was also very dirty in the bathrooms. When opening the bath mat, pubic hair was embedded in towel mat. This hotel was expensive at $194 per night and was really an uncomfortable experience. Highly recommend you spend your money elsewhere. The atmosphere with the homeless encampment was extremely off putting. It should be MANDATORY that Hotels.com have the property inform that government subsidized occupants are on premises.

The hotel was a minimal hotel good for an overnight stay. The management, staff and parking was all great! I'd recommend it for the budget and limited amenities.
